SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges (if applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. STAAD is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT
