At STAAD, every order is carefully prepared, inspected, and packed before dispatch. Many of our products are produced in limited batches or crafted to order, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Order Preparation

Most orders are dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation.

While many products are ready to ship sooner, certain collections may require additional preparation time before dispatch. If your order is expected to take longer than the estimated timeline, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, STAAD releases products on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order items are typically dispatched within 15–20 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.

Made-to-Order Products

Some STAAD products are crafted exclusively upon receiving your order.

Production timelines for made-to-order pieces vary depending on the product and the craftsmanship involved. The estimated dispatch timeline will be clearly communicated on the product page or at the time your order is placed.

As each made-to-order product is specially prepared for you, dispatch times may be longer than our standard shipping timeline.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

International Shipping

STAAD ships internationally through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier operations.

International delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, local regulations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout or communicated to you before your order is confirmed, where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with your tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

STAAD cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to deliver every order promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

STAAD shall not be held responsible for such delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our team will work with the courier partner to investigate the matter and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, any shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, or other charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped together or separately, depending on product availability and dispatch timelines.

If your order includes products with different preparation timelines, we may dispatch the order once all items are ready unless otherwise agreed.
