Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return requests made after 14 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for your return request.

  • Photographs of the product (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours with the next steps.

Please do not send any item back without first receiving confirmation from our team, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Return Approval

Each return request is reviewed individually.

Returns may be approved for reasons including:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged during transit.

  • The product has a manufacturing or workmanship defect.

  • The item received does not match the product ordered.

Returns requested due to a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect ordering, or a change in requirements may not be approved. As each request is reviewed individually, STAAD reserves the right to approve or decline a return based on the circumstances and the condition of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalised products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products marked as Final Sale.

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without their original tags or packaging.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange a replacement where possible. If a replacement is unavailable, an appropriate refund or store credit may be offered.

International Orders

International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using the contact details above. As international returns involve additional shipping, customs, and carrier procedures, the return process may take longer than domestic returns.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping charges unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

If a return is approved, refunds for international orders may take longer to process and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider, bank, and country of residence.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

For international orders, refund timelines may vary and can take longer due to international banking and payment processing procedures.
